Check This One Out!
Stumbled on this one while Googlin' Wish I had the extra money set aside to even begin negotiations. I know what I would do to it right off the bat! I hope it shows up on the forum soon!

Re: Check This One Out!
At that price we'll be knocking ourselves out to buy it for sure. LOL
Um....I vote "overpriced by a state or two." |

Re: Check This One Out!
Very interesting truck. I like it a lot but like said before me "over priced".

Re: Check This One Out!
That place has a few C10s. All are overpriced. They have/had a '67/68 I really liked but at $8k I felt they were about $3k overpriced. Pretty sure they still have it. I was in Bowling Green about a month ago and couldn't find their place. They keep their cars in an airplane hanger at the airport and could not find their office.

Re: Check This One Out!
Well I looked a little harder and noticed that the bed has six stake holes and then there was this in the description.
Frame Z'ed 12" under Cab/8" off rear I know what that means. I also noticed there is no pics of the chassis.

Re: Check This One Out!
Why do they list it as a Chevy, when in fact it's a GMC? I also agree with the above posts, IT'S OVERPRICED!

Re: Check This One Out!
If you look at the pics in post #5 you can see the shadows on the bed of the different color paint on the front of the bed or least the front foot of it. Still not a bad truck but not my taste. If I ever do find a orginal paint truck I may do the patina shop truck thing but as having the body shop, and seeing that my heart pumps thinner, I kinda lean towards the fresh paint smell and the shiny paint thing. Also where I live, I/we are so far back in the sticks I get Monday night foot ball on Thursday afternoon. I said that to say this, the times are a little behind were I am, and if I were to do a truck like that here all I would get from the locals would be is well why couldn't you paint that old truck ,you do have a paint shop. Re: Check This One Out!
Thought it looked familiar. I also noticed the bed/paint. They must have cut it down and blended the weld areas, in one close up you can see a little overspray over the rust over the wheel flares.

Re: Check This One Out!
Man they want a lot for that. I thought some of the stuff I was looking at was over priced.

Re: Check This One Out!
The truck market has been weird the past couple of years. You can purchase a nicely done truck for approximately the same price as what a really nice "patina" truck is going for. By nice, I mean they usually have a very cleaned up engine bay with a good running drivetrain, lowered properly with nice wheels, and most seem to have a redone, or somewhat new looking interior. I'm not referring to the trucks pulled out of a field with a sign slapped on them asking 10K for a rusty "barn find," that's just crazy
