Coil pack connector pin out
I've got a misfire on the right side that seems to be affecting all cylinders. I think it is a wiring problem....I know it's not the injectors, plugs, coil packs or O2 sensors... Does anyone have a pin out? TIA

Re: Coil pack connector pin out
Hey hart rod. Make sure that the pins that are connected to the pcm are in the right location. What I mean is when #2 cylinder fires, #8 cylinder has the signal. On my first lsx swap, the firing order from the coil packs was switched. Driver side coils were switched up with the passenger coils on the pcm side. Good luck. I'll check in with you later. Clark.

Re: Coil pack connector pin out
that is from a 99-02 harness I forgot to mention. I read your other thread and saw that you were using a newer motor so not too sure if it is different.

Re: Coil pack connector pin out
well hart rod, I used two cut up engine harnesses to make one harness. the pins and connectors that were missing, I bought, connected them, and made it work. I used the harness information from LT1swap.com. he also programmed my pcm. word of advice, get the harness and pcm from the same vendor or source. when I wired my harness, I checked every pcm pin to its right connector. I also removed all the stuff/wires lt1swap said to remove. its not that hard. you gotta have a system. my notes are very detailed and I emailed Brendan when ever I had question. trust me, I killed two harness b4 I got this one right. u have my number. call me if you get lost. if need be, send me a harness, and ill wire it for you. ill use the info from lt1swap. just pay for your supplies and shipping. be warned, i have not checked the odb2 connector for codes. I have been driving around the neighbor hood. since I have an aftermarket cam, head port work, springs, stall converter, it will need a final tune from am reputable tuner. but at least I can get the groceries. clark.

Re: Coil pack connector pin out
Do you think that maybe the coilwires are in wrong location? Meaning the harness wires for # 8 coil are going to #2 and 4 to 6?
