t221 10 spline coupler
this could be tough, im lookin for the coupler that goes between tranny and t/c,inside the adapter. 3'' 3/8 long, for my rockwell 221, sm465 4spd, 10 spline inside is great but outside is gouged up. thanx

If nothing pops up, have you looked for a speedy sleeve to put on the outside?

no i have not as i dont know what that is. im thinkin the shifter mounting bolts were to long and rubbed on it gouging it up

Here is some info on them.
http://www.skf.com/group/products/se...eve/index.html Also Napa carries them (I think) and could help you go through the catalog and see if there is a size that fits. Only need a good surface right where the seal is

You might send a PM to Randy ( 'teeitup' here on the board ) and see if he has anything around his parts stash. He's a good guy to deal with and usually has just about anything I have ever asked him about. Worth a shot ..

I have a nice coupler from a NP205 / SM465, but it's a little longer. I believe it's about 4-1/4". It's a GM part I bought from a dealership, but it got very little use. If this will work for you, let me know.
If it's too long you maybe able to have a machine shop shorten it ? Gary

t/c and brackets look the same, tranny dont look like sm465,(which i need) might be 420,330,?? adapter looks different, can you measure the adapter from t/c-tranny.

I have bought those couplers and shafts from a place called rockland standard its been a while but I think they are in Chicago . picture of the trans from other guy is 3 speed with t221 transfer case
