Hes my buddy. I sent him a text earlier. He was probably in bed early. He needs all the beauty sleep he can get!

Re: Help me find C50 motor mounts
Check Napaonline. I saw several that might fit the bill. They don't have one directly listed for yours. There was what looked like an upper replacement and a lower replacement that I'm sure were listed for something different.

You might also try Rockauto the online parts supplier.

Re: Help me find C50 motor mounts
Look like the standard early motor mounts. You should be able to use the ones for a lighter duty pick up. I know my 60 chevy pick up with a 283 had those. Any supplier for earlier chevys should be able to hook you up. If all else fails hit up a big truck shop. They used bushings like that for mounting auxiliary transmissions. Just be a matter of matching the sleave length. Don't be suprised if they new ones are taller. These things shrink with age, especially when they get oil on them which causes the rubber to break down.

Re: Help me find C50 motor mounts
Just looked at Rockauto. Check out a 55 Chevy Belair with a 265. Might just be the ticket. Hope you can afford the price.

Re: Help me find C50 motor mounts
You might also look into jag v12 mounts, they are usually stronger than your standard puck mount. Last time I bought them they were around $20 each
