Where To Buy ECE Drop Kit
Hey guys, getting ready to order ECE 4/6 drop for my truck. I was wondering if the only place to get it was from ECE or if any vendors carry their products? I know a lot of you guys are running this product and seem to be happy with it. Thanks, Jason

Re: Where To Buy ECE Drop Kit
Yes, and it never goes on sale, etc. They have the best product and the know it!
When you call, expect a bit of sticker shock for shipping. I bought the 4/6 drop kit AND the rear hidden hitch kit last week and shipping from Cali to SC was going to be almost $240. They give "shipping" discounts to board members if you mention this forum. They took off about $50 for me. Not huge, but fair. I was also not charged tax which was nice

I love Early Classic, they are only about 35 min from me! I've bought all kinds of stuff from them, and have loved every bit of it!

Re: Where To Buy ECE Drop Kit
Thanks guys, I've looked at their website but I didn't if any of the vendors here carried ECE products or not.

Re: Where To Buy ECE Drop Kit
I think ECE does a 10% off deal at July 4th and around thanksgiving, that's when I got mine a year or so ago. You'll need to watch the website a week or so before, and look closely because the sale add is pretty discrete. I think I got a shipping discount for being a board member but shipping was still close to 200 bucks....but the stuff is pretty heavy and across the entire country from me in NC!! So, because it is so highly recommended by the board, I pulled the trigger.

Re: Where To Buy ECE Drop Kit
Shipping costs can be a real killer. I have, in the past, convinced some vendors to ship using the USPS Flat Rate boxes. If the parts fit they're good to 75 pounds per box. Cost is less that $20 for the large box.
I ship a lot of products across the country and use USPS 99% of the time to save my customers money. I can have USPS pick up from my address, just like UPS, by scheduling it and doing online postage. If it's an urgent order, I take the time to deliver to the PO. I just ordered three specialty pens from the manufacturer for $8 and had to pay $11 UPS shipping. I called the company and they said they only ship UPS. I couldn't get them anywhere else, so I paid the $11. I will be using the ECE Kit for my 1974 C20. Guess I'll see if they will use the USPS Flat Rate. Otherwise, I'll have to pay to play. Then again... someone close to them could ship them USPS for me after I buy them...
