Where are the speakers in my Jimmy?
The radio doesn't work, so I can't listen to find them. Where are they? I don't see anything other than the defroster vents in the dash, and the kick panels have carpet covering them. Nothing in the rear or the doors!
And what's so special about having tow hooks? Mine has em. Were they a special option or what?

the speaker should be above your radio. If the hooks are factory they are somewhat rare.Is it listed on the options on your glovebox?

If the wires are cut you can take a small battery and touch the postive and negative to each side of battery and it will pop the speaker.

Didn't the Jimmy/Blazer have the speakers mounted under the dash?
You try following the wires? There is only like 4 wires on the radio. |

Blazer/Jimmy speakers were usually mounted under the dash and they look like this.
