Answer me this.
Having a discussion on another board and trying to figure this out. I know this is a bad pic but this is what the person posted. What does this cab corner trim say. It is from a 1975 silverado poster.

Re: Answer me this.
It doesn't look like your typical corner trim.

Re: Answer me this.
Looks like a gold square with a bowtie in the center; best guess final answer.

Re: Answer me this.
My guess is there is a little black bow tie on top of that One off emblem. Never seen a wood grain version of these trucks. Bet it's got a wood bed too

Re: Answer me this.
Does look like a normal bowtie. I almost bought one with woodgrain it was a 74... It was too nice to cut up. Day after i went by and it was gone.

Re: Answer me this.
It does look like a bowtie on the trim but looks like there might be something on the bottom of the trim too below that.

Re: Answer me this.
How does that wood grain go on? Is it a decal and are they available?

Re: Answer me this.
Woodgrain is a big decal/overlay.
Here is the original photo, I'm guessing just a bad photo or perhaps it was a little label they put on it saying "photo shoot" or "silverado brochure truck" etc. http://brochures.slosh.com/1975/pickups12.jpg

Re: Answer me this.
If Jeff shows up here he might have the same corner trim and have an answer.
