You have to see this

I bought a tailgate from Richards classic cars in Greensboro ,Nc this morning and while talking to him I asked just what he had left parts wise for the 67-72 trucks and he just sent me these pictures of what he has in stock ,WOW ! I'm going to have to spend the whole day going thru it all.

Awesome guy! Talked to him earlier, takung a trip up there this week. Hes been doing this 32 years and his shop is 9000 sq feet. Thats just inside parts lol....

I had never heard of a place like that in GSO either...that's because he is on Hwy 49 in Denton...about 40 miles from GSO.

I have been by his place many times (on the way to the lake), he has a huge yard with all makes/models of old cars and trucks from Model T's up to late 60's, early 70's.

I just spoke with him.
He is a nice guy. I replaced my bench with seats and Im giving it to him in hopes of getting a discount on some things.
He not only sells parts but has knowledge about various projects also.
I talked to him about transmission conversions

I bought a clean white swb with tailgate for $450.00 , a set of polished chrome wood bed stays and braces for $100.00 ,a perfect ssb tailgate for $100.00 he also had a clean 2 blue and white tone swb that sold for $575.00 with a nice tailgate and all the mouldings , I think he has just accumulated so much it's just time for him to sell ! Mention the forum and let's get him in here ! i sold my business after 35 years He has been at it for 32 I bet he's just ready to clean house !

Those prices are very good. I wouldn't bug him about a discount. I'd give the man his money just for being so reasonable. He deserves it. Those parts didn't just walk up and sit down at his shop

Richards a nice guy I found him on nashville.craigslist and called him last week searching for some parts. He got back to me within 30 minutes with cost to ship.. id love to spend time out at his place.
