I used to be able to find the site that you may be looking for at www.trimtags.com but there seems to be something wrong with the site. Try calling (847)478-TAGS (8247) and ask for Joe.

I need to get some factory rivets too in a bad way.
Just moved to California and what a hassle to register my truck. The damn vehicle inspector guy noticed that I had replaced the rivets with non factory ones. I did this when I painted the cab. Now I have to go see the Cali. Highway Patrol so they can say the numbers really do match. So I'm going to replace the rivets before I take it to them. Do they use a regular pop rivet gun? Anyone experienced this before????

Ask trimtags for their rossette rivets and yes you would use a regular pop rivet gun.

NH's state motto is "Live Free Or Die". The VIN tag has to match the bill-of-sale (titles are not required, nobody gives a rats-a$$ about VIN rivets or matching to frame stamped VIN). How tough is that?
