NOS part number for shifter
Is this a tilt or non tilt shifter #3990301? Thanks

Looks like 71-72 Conventional non-tilt 3-speed auto, plus G van with applications extending up to 76 or so.
Just plug the number into the GM parts wiki search. Randy, If you don't have the link PM for a hotlinked parts maanual.
