How do you become truck of the month?

How do you become truck of the month? What's the criteria for it? How do you vote for for it?

My truck isn't pristine. Most likely wouldn't be nominated. Just wondering how it works.

Re: How do you become truck of the month?

Well not sure how exactly the rules are but if your truck fits the monthly criteria, I believe you can nominate your own truck,or someone can nominate you for it.

Example:Sometimes it is just a certain color, year, only cheyennes.

When the white truck vote comes up you will have my vote !

Re: How do you become truck of the month?

Every month there is a thread started in the Contests forum, and generally a link is posted in every other forum. There is a theme every month that varies from what color the truck is, type of truck, patina, etc. Once the nominations come in, then a poll is put up and users can vote and at the end the winner is a truck of the month.

Re: How do you become truck of the month?

I remember one a few months back where one of the nominees actually lobbied for members to vote for his, I think he won. Shouldn't have to be that way but whatever.
So you need to make a bunch of friends who are willing to vote for you when your truck is up.

Showoff.

Just kidding, very nice truck. Looks nice in front of Cabelas, and even nicer when you leave with some zombie defense weaponry!

Re: How do you become truck of the month?

Oh it still needs lots of work. I was just wondering cuz I see references on the home page to ToY. Mine would never win compared to those trucks.
