Nice to meet you all!

Hey Everyone,

I finally just got my account activated and I am happy to be here.

I have made the transition from aircooled vws to american muscle and I love it - I just dont know as much but cant wait to learn.

I picked up a 69 c10 on craigslist for $1800. It has a solid 350 in it and i drove it home 70 miles with no problems and so far I havent run into any problems.

Cosmetically it needs some work but it runs well and sounds awesome!

Ill post some pictures below, let me know what you all think and I look forward to becoming friends with everyone. Oh and I am in Santa Clarita, CA. Just 5 mins from Magic Mountain

Hello and welcome to the site! That's an awesome looking truck you got there, and a STEAL for the money. I rotated your pictures for you. I can't wait to see it progress as you put time and TLC into it.

Re: Nice to meet you all!

You are welcome. In order to post want to buy threads (WTB), you will need to upgrade your membership in order to do so. Information and upgrade membership information is located HERE. Once you do that, you can then go to the 67-72 Chevy Trucks Parts board and post a WTB thread (New Thread). In the title, write WTB and then list the parts you need. I'm sure you will get tons of responses. I hope this helps.
Enjoy the wealth of information on this site. We are happy to have you aboard!

Re: Nice to meet you all!

Welcome to the board!

It may be a stock 350 internally (can't tell with not knowing what's inside, hearing it run, etc.) , but it has an aftermarket aluminum intake, carb, and headers on it.
