Unisteer power steering kit?
Anyone have experience with the Unisteer 60-66 bolt in kit?? It looks interesting and it seems pretty complete. I am looking for feedback though before I drop close to 1500 on a kit.

Re: Unisteer power steering kit?
Planning on going the Unisteer route for my 66. Be sure to shop around, I've found it for less. I'm going to do mine when I do the Disc/Disc brake upgrade.

Re: Unisteer power steering kit?
You're going to get a HUGE amount of feedback here about how that is too much money when you can buy junkyard parts, etc, etc.
Our input- we've used Unisteer parts for over 6 years in our shop-granted have not installed this particular kit, but feel confident we can speak for the quality, judging from previous parts we've sold. Their Borgeson u-joint line is about the best out there, and have been around a long time. Our 2 cents worth- it would be a good product. |
