AD windlace track

What do you do when your truck no longer has the wind lace track in the cab? Is there a replacement? Thanks.

Re: AD windlace track

I don't know but the 47-48 had a different windlace that was not held into that weird little track that is welded to the body. What they used was a screw in metal trim that runs around the door holding the windlace. That may be available or you could simply just make something like that. It does use a different windlace of course.

03-136. Classicparts.com carries the windlace channel for each door. Looks like they are out if stock at the moment for the left door, but you can bet other suppliers have the same stuff.
