Done!
Went to get the color pin stripe yesterday and it made it home, about 30 miles. Steers great, rides good, has a ton of power and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Jury's still out on this GM switch pitch transmission experiment I tried. Seems to be a little too loose cruising on the freeway but I'll give it a while.

Re: Done!
That is wicked, It looks right and sets right. Your choice of wheels and tires are right on the money too. Just modern enough but totally correct for a Taskforce truck.

Re: Done!
I really like the way you transitioned the two tone from the cab to fender accent lines. Man I really like your truck chop and the pancake hood just make it work, subtle stuff a lot of people will not notice because it was done so well.

BLASPHEMY!
We are NEVER "done". There is always something more to be done, lol Huge congratulations. It must be so satisfying to drive it and have it feels just as you wanted. Beautiful truck, man. Be very proud!

Re: Done!
Gotta be an a blast to drive. Don't be surprised to find the amount of work for the area chiropractors goes up do to heads being turned as you drive by.

Re: Done!
Thanks for the response and Dan is correct. Only about a million "little" things to do including getting the AC charged and seeing if that high dollar Vintage Air hose really seals on those fittings. It's been a love-hate relationship for a while now but it really does take on a new look when you get to see it out of the shop. We're going to a cruise in tonight. I'll try to get a picture with the beltline pin stripe and see what ya'll think.

Re: Done!
Thanks Ogre. You know DONE is a relative term. I was trying to follow a theme, kind of like what Mr. 48 hinted at, without getting too many other themes involved, kind of like those term papers that came back all marked up in red. I am happy with it but it won't be in Payson this year, Allan. It's been registered in the Oracle show for 2 years and by golly this year it's going to make it. I have to salvage some pride since I grew up(another relative term) around there.
