1975 4x4 Big Block
I know big blocks were not available in the 1970-72 4x4s. Were they in 1975?

Re: 1975 4x4 Big Block
I believe just a 350 and 400 were available according to the literature I see.

Re: 1975 4x4 Big Block
According to the horse's mouth (the GM Heritage Center data here: http://gmheritagecenter.com/gm-herit...tion-kits.html) the first year that a 454 was available in a 4x4 was in 1981, and only in the K30. The 73-80 trucks never had a big-block as an option for the four wheel drives, although many folks put them in after the fact. I've never heard of them being a problem, either, which makes me wonder why GM didn't consider them a possibility.
