NEW Silverado wheel fitment on 69 C10
I'm looking at new Silverado SS wheels to put on my 69. The bolt pattern is the same but the offset is way off. So is the center hole on the newer wheels is much smaller for the hub I'm told by the dealer that I would have to have about 2" adapters to push the wheel out past the center hole so they could fit. Any ideas to get around all this so I can put some new style Chevrolet Silverado SS wheels on my old ride? There's got to be some way to make it work.

Re: NEW Silverado wheel fitment on 69 C10
Newer wheels have a flat center cap. Our models had the pug nose center cap. This will be a problem but to get the right off set by using wheel spacers will solve it. 2" may not be enough though. Our spindals stick out in the center where the new ones are flush.
