Cross Country...or Bust? 'THE' trip!
7 am. woke up after arriving in reno at 1 a.m. the night before ready to set eyes on the new truck....finally.
it was better than I had expected I was all smiles. my friend Nathan had her all good to go!

around 10 am Monday , went to the auto shop in sparks , Nevada. tommy the owner was great and got me in right away for a once over and oil change.
nancy the receptionist was very kind as well and kept me company while I waited.

Can't wait for the update! Flew to Houston with Wifey and bought my '09 GMC off of member N2TRUX. Had a great time-I've never had people pass me while running 95 MPH in traffic before! Yee-ha Texas!

I met up with allchevy58 for a chat in front of summit racing in sparks for about 40 minutes before I had to get truckin. had to get to vegas Monday night to pick up my wife! thanks for the hook up on the auto shop Cameron.

Tuesday.
made it to vegas no problem! truck is running great and LOVES gas stations. this morning we left heading across into Arizona has been beautiful we stopped at the hackberry general store and got lots of photos, questions and props on the '68, now called 'gentle ben' in honor of my dad, who's riding along I'm sure.
