Re: Ever see one of these?

It's cool those that do not have 67-72's replicate them. I'm still hoping that GM will design a new truck modeled after one but it's not likely to ever happen.

That yellow Dodge looks realistic in that pic.

Re: Ever see one of these?

It'd be awesome! if GM created cool looking compacts like that!! I'd buy one! These are made overseas (Japan) and I don't think you can import them. I don't know much about them (just stumbled upon them searching for pics) and I can't read Japanese.

Dream Factory Blow

I had an old Dodge van like that yellow one.

Re: Ever see one of these?

They have popped up in here a few times before. Lots of guys don't like them, I think they're kinda cool. Probably too small for me to ever drive comfortably but still neat.

Now we know why Japanese repo parts are too small!

Out of all seriousness, they are probably made with US Steel.

Re: Ever see one of these?

Those are kinda cool just because they are a tribute to classic American trucks and vans but the unfortunate part is the style didn't go to the interior as well, but they are neat, just wish I could understand Japanese

Re: Ever see one of these?

The more they showed the interior, the more I disliked it. Could be those were for show only or fanatics I suppose If we could replicate our trucks interiors to it These things are based off their Kei Cars

Re: Ever see one of these?

This makes me think of how cool it'd be if the original manufacturers (gm ford dodge etc) made these vehicles today with modern technology and materials so you get the style from the past and the conveinience of a new truck or van but I'd still rather have an original

Ok, I think I'm going to have to go with what some ladies might say here.. "Size Does Matter".
(...And I'm still talkin' trucks here... just sayin'...)

Re: Ever see one of these?

Yes,I've seen them and anyone who was on this site back when they first came out has as well. We've talked bout these a good bit. They're purdy dang neat. It's a kit. They aren't custom. I wouldn't care any more about what the interior looks like than I would in any other new vehicle. If I wanted my truck to look exactly like a 67-72 it would be a 67-72. I'd roll in one. People ask what they can do to get better mileage. Here ya go!

Re: Ever see one of these?

Those vans actually look like a decent size for a grocery getter. Quick drives to the local store etc... Notice the Chevy emblems are upside down and I think the Fords are called Foods? idk, the Ford and Dodge look like they are spelled different probably because they can't legally call them by the American names. A LOT of things are counterfeited/copied over there, like our money and software
