Re: Its my honor to be among you .. Khalil from kuwait
Glad you checked in- this is *the* source for all things 67-72 Chevy/GMC pickups! I know GM sold a lot of trucks in the Mideast- I had a service manager working for me that was in Israel, building 4WD Chevys and Jeeps there. He said that if you wanted a good pickup truck you got a Toyota for a small one, or a Chevy for a big one. Plus, not much rust to worry about, but paint and rubber get burnt up nicely, to make up for it. Put up some pics and ask some questions, but search the board for a treasure-trove of info. Most of my questions get answered by searching the board first.

Borashed,
I'd have to check my diary, but I seem to recall a Chevrolet truck at the Doha airport in 1997. Even then, seeing a Chevy in the Middle East got my attention enough to write it down. |

Re: Its my honor to be among you .. Khalil from kuwait
Welcome, I have sent many parts to that area of the world thru ebay and have made a few friends along the way. I have a standing invite to visit Doha from someone that built a 2wd Jimmy nearly identical to mine.
