two trucks one key
Just thinking I have a 68 and a 70 is there any way to get 2 ignition switches and four door looks that would all be keyed the same? It would cut down on keys, any thoughts?
Ron

Yes, it is do-able. You would have to get a complete set of locks that are compatible (same keyway) for the 2nd truck so they could be keyed the same. '68 uses the "C" keyway and '70 uses the "J" keyway.... I can do it.. LockDoc

Re: two trucks one key
If you want to send me the key from one of your trucks and the locks from the other one it would run $25 plus shipping to match a set of door and ignition locks to the key you send..

Re: two trucks one key
Its convenient to a point. When I was running two different Saturns to work alternately I just cut a key to match each car on one side of the key. Then I'd just flip it for the car I needed to open. Unless you drive both trucks alternately a lot I'd just keep it two different keys.

Re: two trucks one key
Using Locks I have without trading yours in would be another $12

Re: two trucks one key
I might have to go pull my door locks off soon I'm really tired of having 3 separate keys for one truck
