I've got one with brackets that have the nuts welded to them. I've seen 2 types, some with nuts, some without nuts. Maybe it's an AC thing and center vs left installation location, see below postings. Nut's could be ground off if you don't need them. I would sell for $140 shipped CONUS. Speaker is only a core so you will need a new one and the lower left speaker screen phillips heads is a little chewed up.
