C30 to 10 lug (3500HD)

My uncle has a C30 and a 3500HD parts truck. He is wanting to convert this C30 to he can have 10 lugs all around. Can this be done without swapping differential and without swapping front spindles? Thanks

Re: C30 to 10 lug (3500HD)

Probably not. My 3500HD has a straight axle in the front. The C-30 probably has a-arms. The rear diffs are completely different. Can he put the C-30 cab on the 3500 frame? This would give him a true 15,000 gvw truck, as the frame is beefier on the HD
