This is a rear differential housing for a 71-72 Chevy/GMC 4X4 K20 truck.

The 2 WD housing is different, as the 4X4 housing have cast leaf spring pads with a more narrow spring stance and shock location. $150

First, I'll take it. Will ship, but it will be expensive! Can be picked up at Moultire Auto Fair in November or Charlotte Auto Fair in April 2015.

71-72 Dana 60 2X4 or 4X4 brake drums, almost new $75 plus shipping.

71-72 Dana 60 2X4 or 4X4 rear backing plates $60 plus shipping.

Dan, Just in case you didn't know, that housing also is the same as a Big Block Longhorn.

So the big block longhorns had the same narrow spring spacing as the 4x4 did?

Correct, all longhorns had the same spacing as the 4X4s, but usually only the Big block longhorns came with a Dana 60

Thanks for the input on the Longhorn fitment and the Dana 60. That's very interesting, but I can see why it was used to get the 3:54 gears for good pulling and a little better gas mileage. Thanks again, Dan

Info on the longhorn us correct mine is exactly the same 3.54 and all with the narrow shock mounts. figured this out the hard way when I bought another rear end to do a Disc brake conversion on and went to put it in and the spacing on everything was off but it was a dana 60 out of a c-20
