Repairing a spindle?

I have a set of factory spindles for a 71 C10 that has damage where the outer race rides, and thread damage for the nut. Can this be repaired or is it a boat anchor?

I think it could probably be repaired but I'm not sure it would be worth it. It shouldn't be that hard to find one in TX....
