fbody LS3 manifold 2 bolt flanges
Had these downpipes made by Dan at vetteworks
http://www.vetteworksonline.net/cata...jbqv5rdult14s3 Mine are the actuall ones in the photo..a little pricey but very nice. He custom made these for me from scratch and had them to me in less then a week. Awesome guy to deal with..I described what I wanted over the phone and he made em for me... If any of you guys are using the ls3 fbody manifolds like i am you will see its a pain in the ass to find the 2 bolt flanges...really your only option is to make them, have them made, or find a wrecked car in a junk yard and try and convince them to cut the flanges off the cats as gm does not sell just the flange. He made them corvette style and put the exhaust bungs on to be mounted forward . i also ordered the 2013 camaro crush gaskets to work with these from gm parts direct...i think they where like 6 buck a piece. anyways if you guys dont have the tools in your garage to make them yourself this is a great option and I recommend him .

Re: fbody LS3 manifold 2 bolt flanges
They look nice. I would have probably chopped the flange off and welded on a V-band. Then again I am cheap and like to ruin parts trying to save money lol.

Re: fbody LS3 manifold 2 bolt flanges
Good to know... I was wondering how I was going to get those hooked up. For that price though, the cost of the LS3 manifolds + downpipes is dangerously close to the schoenfeld headers.
Maybe i'll throw them back in the (e)bay, get some tbss manifolds and cut the headpipes off of my donor vehicle.... Still, good lookin' out. |

Re: fbody LS3 manifold 2 bolt flanges
yeah the issue for me was finding the tbss manifolds...gm has been backordered on them forever...and for some reason all the junkyards around here either dont have them or they only have one side. I didnt want to mess with header gaskets anymore thats why i went with these...but its just another option. Hope it helps someone lol

If you use GM MLS manifold gaskets you'll NEVER have a leak.
