Cheyenne but can't prove it...

Hello I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this but what do you do when glovebox sticker is long gone.... No build sheet? Is there any way to find out what your Truck was? I'm fairly sure it was a Cheyenne it has the parts and they are old. Original paint and no signs of mixing and matching parts. Lastly is there some tell tale other ways to take note of to determine genuineness? I think it is real but not the top of the line but a basic Cheyenne. It's mine and good Lord willing will be nice someday soon.... Thanks for any help I can get on the subject.

Without some original documentation - SPID/Build Sheet (Check between the seat springs and the cushion on the seat bottom or back). No way to know for certain without that. However, easy to determine what it probably was by looking at trim. Post pics and we'll help.

If you have a 71-72 Cheyenne, factory headliner trim slots and a cargo lamp are going to be the strongest identifier. But if it is a 70 down Cheyenne then there is a serious problem. :-)
Pictures would be great!
