L-48 or L82 in 1973-75

Newb question so please be gentle. According to the Wiki the 5.7 SBC 350 was available in two variants during the 1973-75 years

L-48 Years: 1967–1980
L82 Years: 1973–1980

So which one would I expect to find in a C10 1/2 ton pick up if it was stock?

there was a lot more than 2 versions of the 350..
the L48 and L82 were vett and SS, Z28 motors..

Correct, but from what I can see the others on the Wiki page don't overlap the 1973 to 1975 truck years, that's why I am asking here, cause this is where Chebby knowledge comes from, hee hee

i was gonna say, niether, those are vette motors, but on craigslist they are ALL vette motors

this is probably more normal

and don't forget the 400 sbc from 70 to 80.. and lots of trucks got big blocks..

Interesting no 350 small blocks in '73 in the C10, yet all Craigslisters have em, LOL (lots can happen in 41 years)

350 may not have been the standard in the 73 C10, but it was a big option..
