Small Block Timing Reference

Ok, so cleaning truck turned into trying to find something in my piles of parts. Came across my notes for my tune and timing. For those looking for some info here you go.
406cui small block with mild "z28" cam (engine builder term) basic 2 up from stock. MSD ready to run distributer (replacing hei) no box. 2 light blue springs.
Initial timing 15°and idle 750rpm with manual transmission.
15° 750rpm to 1250
26° @2000
29° @2500
33° @3000
36° @3500 all in.
