1969 Cruise control?

Greetings.

I would like to add cruise control to my 69 C-10 307/Automatic. I installed cruise on a 69 Ford F-100 probably 30+ years ago and it worked well. It ran off of manifold vacuum, a vacuum switch on the brake pedal, and magnets tye rapped to the drive shaft. I would hope there would be an electronic servo type available.

Any suggestions as what would work best and where to buy one?

You can still find the old "period correct" Sears and Audiovox style systems on Ebay, from time to time.

I posted in the 73-87 "for sale" section last month to find a system from a 73-80 Chevy truck. Posted another thread to find the cruise stalk. Still need to get the edelbrock cruise bracket and more importantly, find the time.

Finding a 67-72 type cruise is challenging, to say the least, and can be quite expensive.
