72 c30 brake drum replacement?

Is there anywhere that makes a rear drum for the c30 with 13x2.5 brakes? One of my drums is completely shot and grooved well beyond turning.

Is there any other option for the rear brakes on this truck? Oh here is the lovely thing I found when I took the drum off. No wonder the truck barely stops :S

OH MY! Never seen one that bad. Might be time to out some discs on. I bet your whole system needs an overhaul. Rubber hoses probably shot too.

Not too bad... My brother-in-law's '78 c20 had a basket full of parts that fell off which cracked the drum, took out the wheel seal, scarred the spindle and almost flipped the truck when the drum locked up at 70 mph. Luckily for him I had a complete spare axle that we swapped in on the side of the freeway
