Whats this stuff ? The first is the only differnt one the rest are a pplug just hanging there what is it ?

Where is it located in the cab. It is a relay, but to what i don't know.

If this is the same as your #1 picture, then it is the horn relay.

it is either your horn relay if it is in that location, if not it is for your TCS system (emissions)

I'm rewiring my truck right now.I think I've memorized my Blazer wiring schematics.
The first pic is definitly your horn relay.Looks like a red,green and black wires

The second pic. is the windshield wiper harness.It connects to the wiper switch on your dash.

I have no doubt.
