1972 Correct Fuel Pump?

Wondering If I have the correct fuel pump on my 72 c10 with a 350 and an automatic tranny. I purchased a hard fuel line which goes from pump to carburetor but it will only fit the smaller pumps with 2 lines. the longer pump has 3 lines and the hard line outlet for this type is facing the engine unlike the 2 line pump which faces the radiator. Is there a different hard fuel line for the 3 line fuel pump.
If i change pump to a 2 line everything will fit except I now have a return line or vent line dangling.
what can be done to fix this?
any suggestions?

thanks

Re: 1972 Correct Fuel Pump?

Here's another bump.

The fuel pump looks to be a replacement. No telling what year was ordered but the size of the fitting is for either a 3/8 or 5/16 fuel line. Easiest thing to do is to get a fitting that can either reduce or increase the size of the line connector.

If you want to be more correct, I would contact the local vendors on this site and ask them for help in getting the correct parts.
