Talking WTB: PS brackets for I-6

I'm looking for the brackets that bolt the PS pump to the block on my '67 with a 250. If the pump is attached, thats ok too but not necessary... Thanks to all for looking!

I know Novas of similar years with the 250's use the same brackets for power steering. must be more models with the same parts!

I understand that all ps brackets are the same for the 250 except that integral-head & non-integral-head ps brackets are different. I've got a local recycler looking for me - I'll ask him to get as many as he can get!

Yeah, these little buggers are rare! I have a set on the truck and 1/2 a set buried in the shop. Let me see what I can come up with and I can send pics. It'll be several days though, just TTT if I forget.

Not all the same

There are different pulley widths/spacing and different offsets on the pump brackets. Get ALL of the pulleys & brackets off the donor engine to be sure. I just got a pump & brackets set off a late 60s Chev car and they don't line up on our truck 250s.

Good luck finding them,I got some off a 75 chevy truck hoping they would work but they dont, the lower bracket hits the exhaust manifold,I think I will cut part of it off and see if it will fit ,I will let you guys know if it workd or not.

I bought a chevrolet pickup parts interchange manual 67-78 hoping that it would have that info but it of course it don't.
Nothing for inline sixes in that book, just interchanges for cars with V-8s

I have that book too, its pretty much useless.

I wonder if those Hollander books would list what works.

I'd like to buy that, if passthebuck doesn't. He should get first dibs, because he started this thread. But, if he doesn't want them, I'll get you the money so fast......

Rare Parts Basket!!!

You know it is going to cost a little more if it is in the "rare parts basket" that you have seen on here before. Note: part #4 was not part of this system as it was installed on this engine. Nice pump without the normal prying dents, etc.
$100 for pump & brackets plus $25 to box & ship it.
Email (not PM) with subj: "I-6 PS".
Have a Visa/MC, so you can phone me the number and save all the MO/checks/and delayed payments.
...AND I also have the same setup for a 292 (with custom made brackets).
SOLD!This 250 set is SOLD!
