What is this part?

Located under the dash. It is staring to make sparking noise.

Does your truck have or look like it had aftermarket cruise control? That is a cruise relay.

Yes it does have an old cruise control. Like others have said, I'll follow the wires to confirm where they go. Thanks everyone for your help.

The markings show it to be a relay. Tracing the wires will show you what it controlled.
