Recommendations on a slim 5 gallon tank

I am planning to run a single 444c and 5 gallon tank with a 200 psi switch. I have a camaro tank installed in the rear so that real estate is sort of spoken for. I was thinking of mounting the tank between the cab mounts, but I'm having a hard time finding one that will fit in the area and not hang below the cab. Any suggestions?

Take some measurements of the space you have to use.And what year truck do you have?

I have measured several areas and I plan to make a cardboard template today to see how much I can tuck a tank into some of those areas. My truck is a 70 c10 swb

Thanks. I saw that one on a few sites, but it says max pressure is 150 and I was planning to run 200. Any thoughts on running more than the recommended pressure?

The one we sell and use in our air management kits are 7" diameter also. They have most the ports on the end which might help too. Let me know if this one might work. It is rated up to 200 PSI and is aluminum.

I see that the legs are 2" and the diameter is 7". Does that mean that the overall height is 9" or is it slightly shorter? Do you know the width and length of the legs?

I just went and measured. The overall height of the tank is about 8.25" tall. The legs are 2" tall, but they wrap up the side of the tank some, so it isn't a true 2" off the bottom of the tank. The legs are 4.25" long x 1.5" wide. Mounting holes from center to center on legs are 17.25"

You could run two of these, but i see your at 200psi. Why 200psi instead of the standard 150?

This one is also a slim 2 gal that you could pair up. From one of the vendors on here.

200 psi means more air than 150 psi (33%) in the same volume and I'm running 1/4" lines so higher pressure help decrease fill time of the bags

I wouldn't run more then the tank is rated for safety.

What about mounting the tank inside the cab? The tank behind the seat had been removed and I have plenty of space there. Any thoughts or safety concerns?

I think I found a tank that may work. If it doesn't fit between the cab mounts my only other option would be behind the seat where the gas tank was. I'm a little hessitant to mount the tank inside the cab, any thoughts?
