Rear suspension help, again
I posted on here awhile back about building my own trk style rear susp on a street rod I'm building. I have searched for the thread but have had no luck. There was 1 guy building his own, was wondering how it worked out. Anyway, I started on my frame, to get a break from body work, and almost got the front susp done. Need to get the rear done so I can set the body on. It has a 115 WB, do you think a 5 ft arm would be about right? Rough measuring shows it would put me about a ft or so behind the trans crossmember. Maybe a little closer. Also has anyone seen anything on building this set up? I have googled everything and came up with very little. I was planning on going with 2x2, 1/8 in box tubing, will this be stout enough? I'm going with coil springs also, with a long adjustable panhard bar. Any info or pics would be great. I'd like to start on this in a wk or so. Also I seen on here somewhere where I think 69restomod built his own antiroll bar. I would think that would help also.
