you could go and buy the H4 conversion kit from bosch and even go wilder and get the H.I.D conversion for your h4's.

Headlight Conversion
I put the following lights on my 67: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2423465992
I am still working on cleaning up the bezels (previous owner painted them white) but the lights look great. They are really a bright white and have a small bulb that is at the bottom on the light. I wired the small light up to my parking lights, so they come on at the same time. The ring around the bulb glows for about 20 mins after I turn off the lights. You could even change out the small bulb for a different color or put in a strobe if you wanted. They have a flat surface which I really like. I got them to fit with only a small modification. I can take a picture of them if anybody wants to see them, but realize there is no bezel there only because they have been removed to be cleaned.

I think I'm going to do the relay-mod to my GMC soon, since the relay-mod to my A/C worked so well...once I got a real crimper, that is
Question...does anyone know of any other good points to tap high-current 12V, aside from the fender post? I think I'm starting to get quite a bit of stuff off of that little wire...

What about the horn relay? Isn't there a 12V source off that?

I was having major problems with burning up the fan control switch - one a year, if not more. And my high-speed setting was disconnected, as the factory wiring for that was toast and kept trying to light up!!!
Simple solution - two relays and a DPDT switch. (All this to replace the functionality of my entire A/C panel!!! Hehe.) Switch left turns on both relays, which both puts the fan on HIGH (14V to the fan does that) and engages the A/C compressor clutch. To the right only engages the fan relay, while leaving the A/C relay off. I think for the headlights, I'll just put a big ring-terminal on the end and go right from the battery cable...

This is my parking lights, you can see that there is a light glow from the small lights that are mounted inside the headlights.

Headlight Upgrade
Where the small bulb is connected in the back bottom area, the socket sticks out too far. So I took my drill and drilled out a hole the size of the socket. That way if and when I want to change out the bulb it will be easier to get to it. I am attaching picture of back of headlight so you can see where I am talking about the bottom bulb.

Headlight Upgrade
I am going to paint the truck blue and will install a blue bulb in the headlight to give off a blue tint. Mostly for car shows and so on, it is illegal here to have blue lights on your vehicle. But I already have a set of blue neons for under it, and have blue neons that wrap around the 6X9 speakers in the door. So really it is just consmetic for me. Heck I just wanted flat light bulbs and they were there so I bought them......impulse buying I guess.
