1977 C10 2008 GMC Yukon headlight wiring
I am currently working on a 1977 C10, I plan to install the dashboard from a 2008 Yukon. Also I am going with the speedometer, engine and transmission from the 08 Yukon, so I will have the BCM and ECU. I do have a wiring schematic for the 08 but could someone PLEASE simplify this? I need to know how to wire the headlight switch, brake lights and turn signals into the 77 C10.
THANKS in advance for any help. |

Re: 1977 C10 2008 GMC Yukon headlight wiring
Did you pull all the related wiring as well? The factory BCM should have the integrated DRL circuit, auto-on headlights and ambient light input/output, fog light override, courtesy delay, etc. There should also be options to change things like driver 1 and 2 positions, mirror angle preference, delay time changes for headlights and courtesy lighting, etc. Rather than reading a diagram, its probably an easier route to just trace and label the wiring as you pulled the dash.

All I am planning to use is the headlights. I do have the dash harness. I was hoping someone could help me simplify what I am trying to accomplish.
