problems with steering help
I just lowered my truck 2.5 inches up front with ece drop spindles and 4 inches in the rear when driving it feels like it want to push when turning and when your back up it feels like the frontend is dragging when u turn I completely rebuilt the front end I'm 255/40/20 up front not sure what the issue is it was aligned but they close to factory specs on a hunter alignment rack I'm sure it needs some tweaking. Any suggestions

Read this wiki. It'll explain what's going on.

Re: problems with steering help
Is the steering wheel centered when the truck is traveling straight down the highway? If so, take one full turn in on each tie rod adjuster sleeve, and see if the conditions improve. If the steering wheel is a bit left or right when traveling straight. Then center the wheel by turning the respective tie rod adjuster sleeve in until the wheel is centered, then add one full turn in to both sides. Check to see if the conditions improves. I run about an 1/8 inch toe in on a 30 inch tire. I have the same 2-1/2 inch drop spindles with 1/2 coil cut off on my 72 LWB C-10 and had to go two full turns in to get it right. Once you get the feel right you can take it to an alignment shop or snap some lines and fine tune it your self. Specs are in the manual. Dropping the rear is going to move the axle slightly left so be aware of that if and when you snap lines for checking. Trucks this old are seldom dead nuts square and will usually have tweaked or bent frames and beat up control arms, steering linkage components bent, etc. You can chase dimension phantoms till the cows come home if the frame is bent or a trailing arm is kinked and dont realize it. If the truck tracks straight and steers good, your there.
