spindle

I have a 72 1/2..will the spindles from the 81 fit on my crossmember?

Not without changing the upper ball joints and outer tie rods.

71-72 trucks are already 5-lug.

I have a 5x5 bolt pattern.i need a 5x 4 3/4 bolt pattern..im trying to see what is innerchangable .i have the rims and tires all ready.guys are saying the 91 z28 rotor fits but only on 81-86 spindle.

Correct.
But you have to use 81-87 LIGHT DUTY (Belltech 3200) drop spindles, or stock light duty (1" rotor style) oem spindles.
And 1992 Camaro 1LE rotors.
Might be cheaper to re-drill a set of HD rotors for your existing spindles,...
