Anyone use bedside patch panels on their burb or panel?
I'm looking to buy some lower patch panels for my 1ton long version Paneltruck. I see TopBanana sells front sections of the 8ft bed. Just wondering If anyone has ever used similar panels.

I used some wheel arch repair panels but the place I bought them from is out of business. You could use pickup panels and cut them down. FYI the longbox wheel opening is about 3 inches longer . But there is a flat part where you can cut them to length and weld them together. One other thing the lip around the wheelwell is not as deep so a little fabricating is in order. But at least you have something to start with. Hope this helps Gord

Sorry one thing I forgot to mention. The panels and burbs have an inner panel that the pickups dont have. But its still doable. You didn't think it was going to be easy did you?

Re: Anyone use bedside patch panels on their burb or panel?
Well I ended up picking up an 8' bed on Craigslist for $100. It got me mostly what I needed. I have a 1 ton panel so I needed 1' extra on the front of the bed and an extra 1.5' on the back end. I was able to make the back of the panel myself. Here's how it turned out so far. Not bad for $100

Thank you sir. I'm working like a mad man but I honestly have no idea if I'll be able to make Beatersville.
