I believe that it is a members frame, not sure who's though.

Freaking nice man! There was a lot of time and love put into it. I wish I had the funds to jump all over it.

That chassis is nicer than any of the vehicles I own.
The owner should really put in there if it's a short or long wheel base. It sure looks like a short, but it's a pretty important part of the frame and would be a good thing to clarify.
