Re: 250 I6 Power Steering setup

Thanks Tremayne!

Number on the water pump pulley is 326304AI

I removed this complete from a non integrated head engine and do not want to separate anything. Thank you.

Re: 250 I6 Power Steering setup

Thanks man I can't wait! You wouldn't happen to know which gear box and hoses I need with this would you? I only ask because I saw lmc has 2 power steering gear boxes and I'm not sure which one I need. I see you on here a lot and know you know a lot about these trucks but if your not sure maybe I'll find the info on here somewhere or start a thread when I have the parts.

Re: 250 I6 Power Steering setup

Get a box from a 78-80 C10. The ratio is a bit quicker than the older ones yet they still use the same fittings. The hoses...just look them on on advance auto or auto zone then search the part # on eBay. That'll be your best deal...that's what I do for any parts that are still available from the big box parts stores.

Thumbs up Re: 250 I6 Power Steering setup

Thanks for the reply, I'm starting to understand this system a little better as I read and I think the better gear ratio is the way too go!
