New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
I've seen several threads the last couple years asking for tie down ideas. I just received an email from Mar-K with a link to their new cargo tie downs for wood beds. Not sure why they wouldn't work with steel floor beds as well. Pretty slick but not cheap. Here's the link.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
Was that link supposed to take us directly to the tie-downs?
EDIT: Ok, I see it does once you put in vehicle info. Thought that would just get you to the catalog. Hey Ten Ring, it says the eye bolts can be removed when not in use

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
I'd like to have tie downs but I want tie downs that lay flat out of the way when not needed.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
After looking at them, they're now worth the money IMO. I'd come up with something else.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
I've used these in a few vehicles, they aren't chrome but at $11.69/pair it's much less expensive. The pairs I bought were from a local hardware store but Amazon also lists them.

Northern Tool also has them. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...3295_200373295 As I said in my first post, the Mar-K version isn't cheap. However, they are a lot classier. |

How about this for a recessed d-link for a tie down?

One down, 3 more to go. These are the bull ring type. Nice and clean, retract when not in use.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
Got them on Amazon. They are listed as Bull Ring 9054 Tundra Crew Max. Had to modify the underneath, but not too bad. Bit pricey, but somehow when it comes to my truck I just dont seem to mind. My bed is made w Trex Decking, so a slightly thicker than the standard bed wood.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
2 1/4 20's threaded through a steel collar and then bolted to a steel plate screwed to the bottom of the decking. I wouldnt trust it with anything heavy and tall like a fridge, but ok with most things I'd haul.

Re: New Mar-K Product: Cargo Tie Downs
Those look nice Lou. Beautiful floor. (I hope your not really gonna haul with that)! Too purdy!
Here is a pic of the Mar-k ones. I went with the not as "classy" ones from northern. Work well, and it is nice they are removable. And the price not to bad either. Plasti dipped. Mounted in the sides. Would like something like Lou's, only not flashy. I need something lower. [URL=http://s1150.photobucket.com/user/Sboris01/media/72eadd61889a0d53d0981b5454b36b70.jpg.html][/URL
