69 Suburban front drums
A buddy of mine just bought a 69 Suburban but the front drums are warped badly. Since the brakes have a 2 3/4" front shoes I assume they are a heavy duty brake option. Short of switching to disks is there a good resource for front drums. Thus far all of the parts stores in Canada have let us down. Fortunately, I am 3 miles from Michigan and I can mail order them if necessary.

Re: 69 Suburban front drums
I looked at Rock auto. Buddy of mine was not happy with the price of the drums. Most are priced around that level. I think my response needs to be either that or do not drive the truck.

Re: 69 Suburban front drums
Either option is expensive...
But converting to disc would most likely be the best money spent in the long run.
