69 c30
hello members, I recently trade my father out of this c30. It has 44,000+ miles(I believe is true, due to shape of truck). I would like to take the wood flat bed off and add a fleet side bed, wheels.
With this long wheel base my truck has, I know I need to look for longhorn bed, which I say is impossible, so would a 88-97 long wheel dually bed fit, and what year and model dually wheel will fit. I read drilling bigger wheels studs. If any help would be great. The truck has 292 4 speed. The bed and two piece wheels are for sale. Also I need a exhaust, intake manifold, this one has a crack. |

Re: 69 c30
Welcome fellow Dually fan. That's a dang fine truck you got there.
I am building a 68 C30 dually right now myself. In the build thread his name is Homer. Mine was 175" long so I shortened it up by 60". It's now a short bed dually with a step side bed. I only had to widen the bed 6 inches to cover my can and chassis truck. I will be following along on your build.
