Exhaust opinions (not muffler choice)
Getting ready to have my LS running and I'm contemplating my exhaust exits and wanted some opinions. Straight out the back like newer trucks I won't even consider. I'm thinking either dumping after the rear axle or out behind the rear tires at an angle with chrome tips. Help me out here.

This is one of those matters of personal preference questions. I personally don't like the look of them angled back after the wheel. I prefer not to even see them. I would run them as far back as you can (depending on fuel tank and spare tire setup) and then dump them down.
It cab sound quite a bit different also depending on how you do it, so that may be something that effects your decision. |
