What i did on mine one of the rail bolts the smaller ones had a broken off bolt. When i tried to extract it the drill went off center. So you can drill a bolt size bigger tap it and then jb weld in a piece of all thread. Once the jb weld is cured cut the all thread off flush. Then i put the pan on and used a center finding punch that fit the pan hole. After this drill and tap for 1/2" 20

Update, Tapped it to 1/4 NPT, now to get a plug.

Ahh..You meant the actual oil pan drain plug. I thought you were talking about where it bolts to the engine.

Auto parts stores sell oversize self taping drain plugs. Check with napa

Got a 1/4 NPT Brass plug with a hex head. Some teflon tape and sealant. Seems to be holding. Ever notice your stuff seems to run better with fresh oil
