Accel HEI distributor
I bought this distributor a few months back. Accel 59107C. It maybe has 100 miles on it. Engine let go. Also have a set of 78 Vette wires that I will throw in with it. The cap got scuffed while pulling the engine. Also comes with the Accel harness. Power/Tachometer. $105 shipped for it and the wires.

I had this on a bone stock, original 350. Worked great. No more worrying about adjusting points...

Never had this happen for sure so not sure how to handle this. Maybe someone else can help me out . I said I would take this distributor on 6/22/2015 . I paid for this item via paypal on 6/23/2015 . Seller said it would ship right out. I patiently waited . Nothing . So I contacted the seller requesting a tracking # . Seller thought it had shipped and would check with his "warehouse manager" as he thought it had went out a long time ago. I replied asking for a tracking # . Since then either via personal e-mail or pm thru this board I cannot get a response. I had hoped to resolve this behind the scenes but that does not seem to be working. Seller has been on this site responding to numerous threads as late as 7/8 . What should I do next?

File a claim with PayPal or your credit card company. PayPal protects the buyer first and if he can't provide a tracking number they will give you your money back. I suggest contacting your credit card company of you can. PayPal can only give you the money back if he has it in his account. The credit card company will take it back from PayPal regardless of whether he has money.

I shipped it today. Warehouse manager lost his brother. I picked it up Friday from the shop and sent it out today. Tracking is in my truck. Will post tomorrow. I apologize for the delay.
